Beach included:

€ 12,00 per day per room (1 parasol e 2 sun-bed) until 30 June and from 1°September.

€ 13,00 per day per room (1 parasol e 2 sun-bed) from 01 July to 31 July.

€ 15,00 per day per room (1 parasol e 2 sun-bed) from 01 August to 31 August.

For the first three rows of the supplements are expected to be paid directly to the establishment of beach.
The parasol are booked to stay together through the 'hotel to suit your needs.

€ 15,00 per room from 16 June, July, August until 07 September.

From 08 September no Surcharge.

Double for single use room based on availability + 50% per day (Excluding the period from 05/08 to 28/08 where you pay two adult rates).

Small / medium size pets in the room € 25.00 for hypoallergenic cleaning and final sanitizing.

Mini-Fridge in room Euro 3.00 per day.

Late check-out: use of the room and the parking lot until 19:00 pm Euro 35.00 (to be agreed with management).

All prices are per day and per person in Full Board with minimum of a 3 days stay.
The rooms are at the guests' disposal from 12.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 09:00 on day of departure, along with the parking lot.
The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival (before 13:00) and ends with breakfast on departure day (whatever the meal of the day of arrival).
Meals not taken are not recoverable and will not be deducted from the total amount.
The Small pets are welcome free of charge.

EARLY DEPARTURE: in this case the cost of just 3 nights' accommodation will be charged, per person, as provided by the Pesaro and Urbino chamber of commerce. "For early departures of 1 day the bill does not change.

PAYMENTS: we accept cash, debit cards, credit cards from the circuit Visa. Bank check or bank transfer, only if made on the day of arrival.

THE PARKING SERVICE IS FREE, THE MANAGEMENT DECLINES ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO CARS IN THE PARKING NEAR THE HOTEL
